Unlike rideshare apps, our drivers are trained in mobility assistance, passenger safety, and compassionate care. We offer door-to-door service — not just curb-to-curb — meaning we'll help you or your loved one from inside their home all the way to their destination and back. We also accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility aids, and can wait during appointments.
Scheduling & Booking

You can schedule a ride by calling us or filling out our contact form on the website. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially for recurring appointments.

We ask for at least 24–48 hours notice whenever possible. For recurring or standing appointments (such as weekly dialysis), we can set up a standing schedule so you never have to worry about rebooking.

Yes! We specialize in recurring transport for clients who have regular appointments such as dialysis, chemotherapy, physical therapy, or other ongoing treatment. We'll build a standing schedule that works for you.

Absolutely. Family members, caregivers, and care coordinators can schedule rides on behalf of a client.

What to Expect

Our drivers don't just pull up to the curb — they come to your door, assist you to the vehicle, and escort you safely to your destination. On the return trip, we bring you back inside your home or facility.

Yes. For medical appointments and other situations where a wait is expected, your driver can wait for you and bring you home when you're done. Just let us know when booking.

Yes, a companion is welcome to ride along. Just let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.

We build flexibility into our scheduling. If your appointment runs over, your driver will stay and wait. We'll keep communication open so there are no surprises.

Yes. We have vehicles equipped to safely accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility devices. Please let us know your mobility needs when booking so we can send the right vehicle.

Our Drivers

All of our drivers undergo comprehensive background checks including fingerprinting, DOJ screening, and thorough reference verification. They also complete in-depth interviews and personality assessments to ensure they're the right fit for our company and clients.

Our drivers are trained in first aid and CPR, and are prepared to respond calmly in the event of a medical concern. In addition, our drivers are trained in Defensive Driving, Mobility Assistance, Sensitivity/Disability Awareness, HIPAA Compliance, and Ongoing training for specialized transport needs. However, we are a non-emergency transport service — in a true emergency, 911 will always be called.

Yes. All Enriched Hearts Transport drivers are fully insured under our professional liability and commercial auto insurance policy.
